Sara is a consultant, barrister and activist who focuses on cultivating modern and diverse workplaces.
She uses her professional background as a practicing barrister for over a decade to inform her work on diversity and inclusion.
Throughout her career she has been a strong advocate for equality. Sara sits on the Bar Standards Board Race Equality Task force and is a serving member of the panel of barristers for the Commission of Equality and Human Rights. She is listed as a leading junior in the Legal 500. A previous Vice Chair of the Fabian Society, Sara is at home in the spheres of law and policy.
